We require our customers to have a techpack with measurements and references (pictures, sketches or drawings) of the garments they’d like to manufacture to start with the development process.

A TECH PACK is a blueprint for a final garment. It contains all the technical specifications and design details that define your product. It helps us to understand exactly what your product should look like, and it is the reference for the quality check at the end of production.

Yes, if you just provide us with ideas, we will create all the techpacks and technical information for you.

For samples we require the total payment to start the development process.

For Productions we require a 50% down payment of the total order and the 50% left before the export process.

For samples we accept Wire Transfer and Paypal.

For productions we only accept Wire Tranfer.

Alternative methods such as Remitly are also accepted instead of Wire Tranfers.

Lead time for samples is 10 days.

Lead time for productions is 30-60 days.

Yes, we can accommodate rush orders, but this may only be possible with yarns in stock. The yarn manufacturing is usually the most time-consuming part of the production process, so if the materials are ready, we can work faster to manufacture the product while maintaining high quality standards.

Yes, we are capable of making custom color yarns. However, please keep in mind that this is an extended process and can take up to 2 months to have the yarn ready. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) per custom color is 250 units.

The lead time for shipping will depend on your location and the size of the order. Most orders are shipped by plane and should be delivered within 5 to 15 days.
